Happy Birthday!

It is so nice to have some time off at Christmas!  I have not left my home for the past three days!  Who needs to leave when I have all the scrapbooking supplies to keep me busy for several months.  Well, okay a 50% Michaels coupon is a good reason to venture into the cold frigid air.

Anyway, here is a card I made for my brother's birthday next month.  The inspiration for the card was the Mojo Monday sketch. As you can tell from my posts I love the Cricut. I used the Sweet Treats cartridge for the cupcake and Accent Essentials for the rosette.  I inked the paper using Tim Holtz distressing inks. It is entered into the following challenges:

Cricut Expression

I have been drooling over the cricut expression machine for forever, hoping that one day I could buy it.  Guess what? That day has come!!!!:)  Michaels had a sale on the maching for $180, it is usually $400.  I know, what a steal.  Can't wait to see what I can create with it.

Wow!  Can you believe I won a badge?  I was not expecting to see my work as I scrolled down the screen.  Even my sons are proud, as they passed the word onto each other and their friend!

On to a new challenge. Here is a cute little cupcake invitation.  It is being entered into the following challenges and can be found in my Etsy shop:
